CRAYZO FLEETS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking, renting, or using any vehicle from Crayzo Fleets, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below. Failure to comply may result in termination of your rental and additional fees.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

All renters must be 21 years or older (or your preferred age), have a valid driver’s license, provide a valid ID and payment method, and be approved by Crayzo Fleets before receiving the vehicle. Crayzo Fleets reserves the right to deny any rental at its discretion.

AUTHORIZED DRIVERS

Only the approved renter is allowed to operate the vehicle unless otherwise authorized. Unauthorized drivers will result in immediate termination of the rental, loss of deposit, and additional fees.

VEHICLE USE

The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and legally. The vehicle may not be used for illegal activity, rideshare, delivery, or commercial use unless approved. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. The renter may not tow or transport heavy items.

RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and the vehicle must be returned on time. Late returns will result in additional charges. Extended delays may result in repossession of the vehicle at the renter’s expense.

PAYMENTS AND FEES

All payments must be made in full before receiving the vehicle. A $250 refundable security deposit is required.

Additional fees may include late return fees, a $30 cleaning fee for excessive dirt or trash, a $100 smoking fee (strictly enforced), fuel charges, damage costs, and tolls or tickets.

PROHIBITED USE

The vehicle may not be used under the influence of drugs or alcohol, for illegal activities, for racing or reckless driving, or outside of approved driving areas if restricted.

TICKETS, TOLLS AND VIOLATIONS

The renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, and violations during the rental period. Any unpaid charges will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the renter.

VEHICLE CONDITION AND DAMAGE

The renter is responsible for the vehicle while in their possession. Any damage must be reported immediately. The renter is financially responsible for any damage, misuse, repairs, or downtime.

INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY

Renters must have valid insurance that covers rental vehicles or purchase coverage if required. Crayzo Fleets is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

VEHICLE TRACKING

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for safety and security purposes.

VEHICLE REPOSSESSION

Crayzo Fleets reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice if terms are violated, payment is not completed, or the vehicle is not returned on time. All related costs will be charged to the renter.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Crayzo Fleets is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period, including loss or damage of personal property.
